We sign a standard lease with you, furnish the apartment at our expense, and manage every stay. You receive one tenant, one rent check, and none of the turnover.

How it works

Three steps from first conversation to first rent payment, usually within thirty days.

  1. We review the property

    A short walkthrough and a look at the numbers. If the location and layout fit executive travelers, we make an offer in writing.

  2. We sign a lease

    A standard twelve-month or longer lease naming K Fernandez Executive Residences as tenant, with hosting permitted in writing so everyone is protected.

  3. We furnish and manage

    We handle setup, guests, cleaning, and maintenance. You receive rent on the first of the month and a quarterly condition report.

Who we are

K Fernandez Executive Residences was founded by Katihurca Fernandez, a healthcare professional who has spent years on assignment away from home. She knows what a traveling clinician needs from a place to stay, and what a property owner needs from a tenant: clear communication, a well-kept home, and rent that arrives without a reminder.
